Reservation & Booking
Reservations can be made through our online system, as well as via mail, phone, or fax. We do not require deposits or credit card information at the time of booking.
Modifications to your reservation are allowed. We request that you inform us promptly for schedule adjustments.
Payment options include card or cash at the time of car pickup. A 10% discount is offered on these payments.
You will receive an email confirmation from a company representative once your reservation is processed.
Reservations can be made on behalf of someone else, but the driver’s personal information must be included in the reservation form.
You have the option to modify your reservation even after picking up the car.
Prices listed online are exclusive to online bookings. Direct office bookings are priced differently, although extras like GPS and Full optional insurance are priced the same.
Rental Policies and Requirements
Reservations can be modified or canceled without fees by emailing [email protected] or calling (+30) 697 876 7827 at least 48 hours in advance.
Rental periods can be extended, subject to availability.
A charge equivalent to 1/4 of a day’s rental applies if the car is returned more than 30 minutes late.
No refunds are available for cars returned before the scheduled return date.
In case of flight delays, our staff will wait at the airport without additional charges, regardless of the delay duration.
Minimum age is 21 years for groups A, B, C, and 25 years for other car groups. Additional insurance is available for drivers aged 19-21.
An International Driver’s License is not necessary for renting a car in Corfu.
A valid driver’s license and ID/passport are required at the time of pickup.
There are no mileage limits on rentals.
The minimum rental period is one day for all bookings.
Insurance and Liability
Full insurance coverage (Super Collision Damage Waiver) with zero excess is available for renters aged 21-75.
Insurance is not mandatory for renting a car. However, opting for Full Insurance is highly recommended for a worry-free vacation.
In an accident, contact us immediately using the phone number provided by our representative on the pickup day. The police will then assist you at the accident scene for the necessary reports and services.
“Total Vehicle Protection” is available during booking, covering S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver) and F.T.W (Fire & Theft Protection). The cost varies depending on the car group. Without this coverage, there is an excess charge for certain car parts, and the cost is dependent on the car group.
Car Pickup and Return
For pick-up or drop-off outside of regular hours, an additional fee ranging from 30 to 40 Euros is applicable.
You S-E offers free delivery to Corfu Airport, Gouvia, Corfu Town, Corfu Cruise Port, Ipsos, and Dassia.
In case of delays in flights or boats, there are no extra charges. Our team will stay in touch with you via WhatsApp to track your arrival time.
The car should be returned at the agreed time and location.
Vehicle Information and Features
Cars are provided with petrol and should be returned with the same amount. A fee applies if returned with less petrol.
Always check the fuel warning light before driving. In case of a breakdown, call (+30) 697 876 7827 for 24-hour roadside assistance.
Luggage capacity depends on the selected car group and the size of your luggage.
Confirmation of car availability will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox.
Miscellaneous
On your arrival day, a company representative will await you at the international/national arrivals hall with a placard displaying our brand name, or in front of your accommodation’s reception. These details will be provided within 24 hours after you confirm your reservation via email.
Taking rental cars on a ferry requires written permission from Corfu Sluta Leta. Additionally, road assistance services for mainland Greece must be included in your insurance. An optional fee (approximately 80-100 EUR) applies for taking cars to mainland Greece.
Our office is operational 8 AM – 10 PM every day.
Discounts are available for payments made by cash or card during car pickup.
